How led phototherapy works

The Dermalux Flex MD is a portable, medically certified device harnesses the power LED lights at specific wavelengths to stimulate cellular functions, resulting in visibly rejuvenated, clearer and refined skin.

The Flex delivers clinically proven Blue 415nm, Red 633nm and Near Infrared 830nm via single wavelength  LED's to ensure precision and optimum optical power. It works by exposing the skin to low level, non thermal light to stimulate or regulate biological processes within the skin. Each wave length activate key cell receptos and triggers cell activation by transferring the light energy to cellular chemical energy within the skin. The skin will look energised and hydrated.

Blue Light penetrates to the epidermis. It is antibacterial so will destroy acne bacteria and is excellent for calmng, reducing and preventing further breakouts

Red light penetrates to the slightly deeper dermis layer to hydrate , reduce lines and promote collagen and elastin synthesis.

Near Infra Red has anti-inflammatory properties ad assists skin healing. This is the wavelength that is clinically proven to reduce hyperpigmentation and can help treat conditions such as acne and rosacea.
